Steps to fix:  

     
  1. Turn the camera dial to Auto
    2.  
  2. Switch the lens switch to AF (Auto Focus)
    3.  
  3. Press the trigger on the camera to take a  picture.   
    1. Go ahead and take a few pictures if you’d like,  this will focus the camera correctly
     
  4. Without moving the camera, turn the dial to  Manual and switch the lens switch to MF (Manual Focus)
